Meet Shalee Lehning
Shalee is a dynamic leader with a passion for people and sports. She has a broad expanse of personal and professional leadership skills and experiences, including a career in the WNBA as a professional basketball player, an NCAA Division I women’s basketball coach and a collegiate Athletic Academic Advisor. Currently, Shalee is an Executive Coach who provides leadership training for individuals and teams.
She helped lead Kansas State to a Big 12 Championship during her collegiate playing career. She was drafted into the WNBA by the Atlanta Dream, where she was named a team captain and led her team to two Eastern Conference Championships and two WNBA Finals appearances.
Her education includes a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in theological studies from Shepherd’s Theological Seminary. She is currently pursuing a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.
Shalee enjoys traveling, golfing, hiking, biking, laughing, learning new things, spending time with family and friends, and a good cup of coffee.
