William Eckstrom Jr. has spent most of his professional career working to elevate the student-athlete experience. As part of the Ecsell Sports original founding team, he was instrumental in getting the start-up off the ground. He was an integral part of research, analysis, and data management that provided coaches the opportunity to maximize their effect on student-athletes.

William Jr. also partnered with his father, Bill, to create The Coaching Effect Foundation and will act as the liaison to Ecsell Sports due to his understanding of the overall operational functions of both entities.

Will and his wife, Kaitlin, live in Lincoln, Nebraska, and together they have three beloved dogs: River, Winnie, and Luna.
